BAR Public Hearing Minutes <br />November 14, 2013 <br />The public hearing was closed. <br />MOTION: <br />Commissioner Mann made a motion to approve Case Number L13 -013 with staff's recommendations and <br />conditions. With art approval being done prior to the issuance of the occupancy permit and approved before it <br />is put in production by the Art Commission. <br />Commissioner Mann made a correction to the case number for approval which is L13 -017. Commissioner <br />Strander seconded the motion with the correction.
