WCIA Interlocal Agreement October 1, 1991 Page 14 <br />ARTICLE 26 <br />Amendment <br />This Agreement may be amended at any time by the written approval of two- thirds of all <br />City Councils or Commissions of Cities signatory to it, or by an amendment adopted in the <br />manner provided for in the By -Laws <br />ARTICLE 27 <br />Prohibition Against Assignment <br />No City may assign any right, claim or interest it may have under this Agreement, and no <br />creditor, assignee or third party beneficiary of any City shall have any right, claim or title to any <br />part, share, interest, fund, assessment or asset of the Authority <br />ARTICLE 28 <br />Agreement Complete <br />The foregoing constitutes the full and complete Agreement to the parties. There are no <br />oral understandings or agreements not set forth in writing herein. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed this Agreement by <br />Authorized officials thereof on the date indicated in the appropriate Appendix. <br />
