NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of all of the <br />mutual benefits, covenants and agreements contained herein, the <br />Cities of Puyallup, Ocean Shores, Edmonds and Tukwila, by signature <br />of their respective authorized representatives to this Appendix B <br />to the original interlocal agreement, do hereby agree to be bound <br />to all the terms, conditions and covenants of the original interlocal <br />agreement creating the Puget Sound Cities Interlocal Insurance <br />Authority and to become members of said Authority commencing at <br />12:01 a.m. on January 1, 1984. <br />The new member cities whose representatives sign this <br />Appendix B agree that they shall be bound to the original interlocal <br />agreement, which is incorporated by this reference herein and to which <br />this Appendix B is attached; and, further agree that they shall be <br />bound by all provisions and terms of the By -laws of the Puget Sound <br />Cities Interlocal Insurance Authority as they now exist or may be <br />amended in the future. The new member cities whose representatives <br />sign this agreement shall have the benefits of the Joint Protection <br />Program and obligations thereto as provided by the Puget Sound Cities <br />Interlocal Insurance Authority commencing at 12:01 a.m., January 1, <br />1984. <br />It is agreed and acknowledged that any new member city <br />signing this Appendix B to the original interlocal agreement may <br />withdraw from the interlocal agreement within the time and under <br />the conditions allowed as set forth in Art. IV, Sec. 8 of the <br />Puget Sound Cities Interlocal Insurance Authority and that said <br />Art. IV, Sec. 8 of said By -laws <br />this Appendix B. <br />-2- <br />is incorporated by reference to <br />
