THIS AGREEMENT made this day of <br />between Water District No. 125, King County, and <br />(municipality). <br />WHEREAS, Water District No. 125 and <br />1. Scope of Service <br />2. Furthermore, it is understood and agreed that <br />the City of Tukwila make_j no warranties or assurances as to <br />water availability, pressure or volume at any given time.
