The Interagency Agreement shall specify <br />the purpose of the Task Force, the organizational structure, <br />the roles of each jurisdictions, the terms and conditions of <br />programmatic and financial participation, and procedures for <br />disposing of any equipment purchased with project funds or <br />assets seized as a result of successful operations <br />
