SECTION 5 ACQUISITION AND USE OF EOUIPMENT <br />In the event that any equipment is acquired with grant funds received from <br />DCD, the participating jurisdictions agree to use the equipment only for <br />specified Program purposes during the life of the grant After the grant <br />period ends, the participating jurisdictions agree to use the equipment only <br />for approved law enforcement purposes and to devise a process of disposition <br />that meets federal requirements <br />SECTION 6 DISPOSITION OF FORFEITED ASSETS <br />Vehicles to be traded to a car dealership, at the wholesale value, for <br />credit to be applied toward the lease of vehicles for Task Force use <br />Forfeited monies to be placed into a separate bank account, which will be <br />controlled by the Board of Directors Funds in this account can be used to <br />supplement Task Force Operations or be distributed equitably to member <br />agencies, and those other agencies which may assist the Task Force in certain <br />investigations, at the discretion of the Board of Directors <br />Forfeited properties shall be disposed of in accordance with <br />RCW 69 50 505, and the proceeds shall be deposited in the bank account of the <br />Task Force <br />At the conclusion of the Task Force grant period, all forfeited funds and <br />property remaining shall be equitably distributed among the participating <br />agencies <br />SECTION 7 INTEGRATION <br />This agreement, and the application as attached, contains all the terms <br />and conditions agreed upon by the parties except necessary operational <br />agreements between the law enforcement agencies of the respective <br />jurisdictions, if any No other understandings, oral or otherwise, regarding <br />the subject matter of this agreement shall be deemed to exist or to bind any <br />of the parties <br />4 <br />
