3. District 1 requests and directs the King County Comptroller to transfer <br />such fund on the books of the County; <br />4. The Board of Commissioners authorizes and directs the Chairman of the <br />Board and the Secretary of the District to sign and deliver all documents <br />necessary to complete the transfer of the assets including certificates of title to <br />vehicles, quit claim deeds for all parcels of real property and any other necessary <br />documents. <br />5. The Board of Commissioners authorizes the issuance of a warrant to the <br />City of Tukwila in the amount of /70i 5 representing the <br />balance of the District's expense fund less the sum of $30,150.00 which the District <br />shall retain to meet its current obligations and to represent the retention of <br />approximately three percent (3 of the value of the District's assets. <br />6. The Board of Commissioners ratifies and approves the attached <br />Agreement For Fire and Emergency Medical Services between the District and <br />the City. <br />ADOPTED by the Board of Commissioners of King County Fire Protection District <br />No. 1 at a special open public meeting of such Board on the 29th day of March, <br />1989, called and held in accordance with the Open Public Meetings Act, the <br />following commissioners being present and voting: <br />Comit issioner <br />Commissioner <br />Commissioner <br />Secretary <br /> <br />L.
