Interpretation. This Agreement shall be interpreted <br />according to and enforced under the laws of the state of <br />Washington. The section and subsection captions of this <br />Agreement are for convenience only and shall not control or <br />affect the meaning or construction of any provision in this <br />Agreement. <br />9.6. Separability. Each provision of this Agreement is <br />separable from all other provisions. In the event any court of <br />competent jurisdiction determines that any provision of this <br />Agreement is invalid <br />remaining provisions <br />9.7. Enti7 eti. <br />the terms hereto and <br />not incorporated are <br />supersedes all prior <br />or unenforceable for any reason, all <br />will remain in full force and effect. <br />This Agreement is a complete expression of <br />any oral representations or understandings <br />excluded. This Agreement merges and <br />negotiations, representations, and <br />agreements between the parties relating to the Bonds, Bond <br />Proceeds or Projects and constitutes the entire Agreement between <br />the parties.
