ATTACHMENT C <br />INTERLOCAL COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT <br />BETWEEN KING COUNTY AND THE CITY OF TUKWILA <br />OPEN SPACE ACQUISITION PROJECTS <br />Prior to the use of Bond Proceeds for the project described as <br />the Interurban Trail Development, the suburban jurisdictions of <br />Auburn, Kent, Tukwila and Renton, and the County must determine: <br />(a) their individual and joint responsibilities for the Project <br />and (b) the appropriate allocation of Bond Proceeds for that <br />Project among those Governmental Agencies. <br />
