INTERLOCAL COOPERATION Agreement <br />BETWEEN KING COUNTY AND THE CITY OF TUKWILA <br />OPEN SPACE ACQUISITION PROJECTS <br />This Interlocal Cooperation Agreement is entered into <br />between the City of <br />"County <br />Article I. RECITALS <br />On November 7, 1989, King County voters approved the <br />issuance of Bonds to finance the acquisition, construction, <br />development, and improvement of public green spaces, green belts, <br />open space, parks and trails and an excess property tax levy to <br />pay the principal and interest on such Bonds. The ballot <br />proposition was authorized by King County Ordinance No. 9071. <br />Projects to be funded from Bond Proceeds include King County <br />Projects, City of Seattle Projects and Suburban Jurisdiction <br />Projects. Prior to the distribution of Bond Proceeds by the <br />County to an eligible jurisdiction, Ordinance No. 9071 requires <br />execution of an Interlocal Cooperation Agreement containing <br />provisions necessary to satisfy applicable federal tax laws and <br />regulations and to make certain other provisions. <br />Pursuant to King County Ordinance No. 9071, and Washington <br />Statute Chapter 39.34, the parties agree as follows: <br />Tukwila <br />29-, 1 <br />"City and King County <br />
