C Executive Board <br />1 The Executive Board shall be composed of members of the General Assembly, <br />representing the four counties and their cities <br />2 Membership and votes for jurisdictions represented on the Board will be <br />proportional to the total population within the regional agency's <br />jurisdiction Up to one vote in any membership category may be split to <br />achieve greater proportional representation Initially, the Board membership <br />and votes shall be established as follows <br />Jurisdiction Members dotes <br />King County <br />Kitsap County <br />County 4 4 <br />Largest City (Seattle) 3 3 <br />Other Cities /Towns 3 3 <br />County 1 1/2 <br />Cities /Towns 1 1/2 <br />Pierce County County 2 2 <br />Largest City (Tacoma) 2 1 -1/2 <br />Other Cities /Towns 1 1/2 <br />Snohomish County County 2 2 <br />Largest City (Everett) 1 1 <br />Other Cities /Towns 1 1 <br />Totals 21 19 <br />3 The distribution of representation on the Board between and within counties <br />shall be reconsidered every three years based on current population data <br />provided by the State Office of Financial Management <br />4 Members of the Board shall be elected officials and shall be appointed by the <br />local jurisdictions which they represent on the Board Alternate <br />representatives to the Board may be designated who are elected officials and <br />are of the same number as the authorized Board membership for each <br />jurisdiction or group of jurisdictions <br />7 <br />
