October 12, 1994 <br />JAG /elm CFT Annual Aldo <br />Introduced by: <br />2 ORDINANCE NO. 1 53 1 <br />3 <br />4 AN ORDINANCE appropriating $2,500,919 from <br />5 unappropriated 1993 Conservation Futures <br />6 revenue, nothwithstanding the provisions of <br />7 K.c.C, 26.12, to King County, the city of <br />8 Seattle and suburban cities for the <br />9 purchase of options and parcels of land, <br />10 and amending Ordinance 11130, Section 117 <br />11 and Attachment 2, as amended and adding a <br />12 new section. <br />13 <br />14 BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KING COUNTY: <br />LARRY PHILL'PS <br />GREG NICKELS <br />CYNTHIA SULLIVAN <br />von Reichbauer <br />Proposed No.: 94 -566 <br />15 SECTION 1. There is hereby approved and adopted an <br />16 appropriation of 52,500,919 from unappropriated 1993 <br />17 conservation futures revenues, nothwithstanding the provisions <br />19 of K.C.C. 26.12 to King County, the city of Seattle and <br />19 suburban cities for purchase of options and parcels of land. <br />20 SECTION 2. Ordinance 11130, Section 117, as amended, is <br />21 hereby amended by adding thereto and inserting therein the <br />22 following: <br />23 From the several capital improvement project funds there <br />24 are hereby appropriated and authorized to be disbursed the <br />25 following amounts for the specific projects identified in <br />26 Attachment Nc. 2 of this ordinance. <br />27 Fund Capital Fund <br />28 315 Conservation.
