Personnel Services A! lent <br /> Page 2 <br /> Project Administration <br /> The reporting relationships will be as follows: <br /> General supervision on project related matters regarding the Valley Communications <br /> Sub region, will be as stated under Anointment and Sunervision above. <br /> For project related matters in the King County Sub region, the Project Manager will <br /> report to the King County Public Works Director or his designee. <br /> Term of Agreement <br /> This agreement is effective on March 22, 1993, and unless terminated, shall remain in <br /> effect until March 22, 1996. It may be extended for any period of time as may be <br /> mutually agreeable to the Employer and the Project Manager. <br /> Termination of the agreement <br /> The agreement may be terminated by either party after 90 days written notification of <br /> intent to terminate the agreement. <br /> Salary, <br /> The Project Managers salary shall be $75,000 annually for the first year of the <br /> agreement. A five percent increase shall be added to the salary on March 22, 1994, <br /> and on March 22 of each year that the agreement remains in effect. <br /> Retirement, Health, Dental Plans <br /> The Project Manager will be enrolled in the Washington Public Employees' Retirement <br /> System (PERS) and the employer will make contributions on the same basis as other <br /> non -union employees. For the duration of this agreement, the Project Manager shall be <br /> entitled to participate in group health, dental and vision plans at the same percent of <br /> premium now paid by the employer for other non -union employees. <br />
