AGREEMENT <br /> THIS AGREEMENT made and entered into this 30th day of <br /> November 1979, between Valley Communications Center, hereinafter <br /> called "VALLEY -COM", and King County Fire District No. 47 hereinafter <br /> called "DISTRICT. <br /> WITNESSETH: <br /> WHEREAS The District wishes Valley -Com to provide call receiving and <br /> dispatching services to and for said District so as to improve fire and medical aid <br /> service communications within the boundaries of the district, and <br /> WHEREAS Valley -Com is willing to provide said services to said District, <br /> NOW, THEREFORE <br /> IT IS HEREBY AGREED AS FOLLOWS: <br /> 1. Valley -Com shall provide call receiving and dispatching services <br /> to and for the District. <br /> 2. The District shall pay $15.00 to Valley -Com for each dispatched <br /> response or incident. Valley-Corn shall bill the District on or before <br /> the 10th day of each month for their services provided during the previous <br /> month. Payment,for services shall be paid within 30 days of receipt of <br /> billing therefor. <br /> 3. The duration of this Agreement shall be for a period of one vear <br /> from date hereof unless sooner terminated. Either party may terminate <br /> this Agreement by notice in writing to the other party served upon such <br /> other party at least 60 days prior to the intended termination date. <br /> 4. The District shall retain responsibility and authority for its operational <br /> department, and for such equipment and services as are required at its <br /> place of operation to interconnect to the Valley -Com operation. <br />
