CONTRACT AMENDMENT <br />Project Name Waste Reduction and Recycling <br />Grant Program <br />Agency /Contractor City of Tukwila <br />AMEND Section II.A.3. <br />The City will submit a final report to the County which summarizes the work <br />completed under the grant program and evaluates the effectiveness of the projects <br />for which grant funds were utilized, according to the evaluation methods specified <br />in the scope of work. Since one of the City's means of evaluating project <br />effectiveness is to survey residential use of compost bins one year after <br />distribution, the City will submit the final report within three months of completion <br />of the project(s) outlined in the scope of work, including project evaluation, but no <br />later than December 31, 1998. <br />To READ The City will submit a final report to the County which summarizes the work <br />completed under the grant program and evaluates the effectiveness of the projects <br />for which grant funds were utilized, according to the evaluation methods specified <br />in the scope of work.
