Interlocal Agreement: Jail Services <br />13 8 Modifications. All provisions of this Agreement may be modified and amended with the <br />mutual written consent of the parties hereto. <br />13 9 Force Maieure. In the event either party's performance of any of the provisions of this <br />Agreement become impossible due to Force Majeure, that party will be excused from <br />performing such obligations until such time as the Force Majeure event has ended and all <br />facilities and operations have been repaired and/or restored. <br />13 10 Notices. The County will offer this Agreement to the cities listed in Exhibit <br />VII. Such offer is open to those cities until October 31, 2002, or such later date as may <br />be approved by King County and all of the Contract Cities. Additionally, King County <br />and all of the Contract Cities, by mutual agreement, may offer this Agreement to cities <br />not listed on Exhibit VII. <br />13 12 Council Approval. The parties' obligations under this Agreement are subject to official <br />City or County Council approval. <br />13 13 Information. The parties further agree to share data and information for the purpose of <br />assisting the Contract Cities in the planning and construction of secure capacity, <br />contracting for secure capacity or alternative correction facilities. <br />12 <br />
