23. Severability <br />In the event any term, covenant, condition or provision contained in this Easement <br />Agreement is held to be invalid, void or otherwise unenforceable, by any court of competent <br />jurisdiction, such holding shall in no way affect the validity or enforceability of any other <br />term, covenant, condition or provision contained herein. <br />24. Recording <br />When the construction of the Bridge is completed, the Parties shall execute and <br />record an amendment to this Easement Agreement to describe the actual location of the <br />Bridge and the Museum shall cause such amendment to be recorded in the official Records of <br />King County, Washington.
