1. E -mail notice when the Agency has an e-mail address for the subject persons; <br />2. Conspicuous posting of the notice on the Agency's web site page, if the Agency <br />maintains one; and <br />3. Notification to major County -wide media. <br />G. For purpose of this section, "personal information" means the same as defined in RCW <br />42.56.590: <br />1. An individual's first name or first initial and last name in combination with any one <br />of the following data elements, when either the name or the data elements are <br />not encrypted: social security number; driver's license number or Washington <br />identification card number; or <br />2. Account number or credit or debit card number, in combination with any required <br />security code; access code, or password that would permit access to an <br />individual's financial account. <br />XXXI.
