The City of Tukwila will work with a consultant to implement a business and multi- <br />family recycling assistance program for 2014. We plan to use Olympic Environmental <br />Resources to operate our Special Recycling Event. The WRR grant will also fund labor <br />costs for Tukwila staff that work on and manage all WRR- funded programs and tasks. <br />5. Budget: <br />TOTAL BUDGET= $35,883, including: <br />• Special Recycling Collection — $2,125 (CPG match) <br />• Commercial Recycling - -$ 18, 758 (includes $5,468 CPG match) <br />• Residential Recycling -- $4,500 <br />• Sustainable Code Development -- $2,000 <br />• Rain Garden and Compost Garden -- $8,500 <br />B.Scope of Work <br />1.
