Flood Agreement No. G1300118 between the <br />Washington State Department of Ecology and the <br />King County Flood Control Zone District <br />Project: Briscoe / Desimone Levee Improvements <br />Task 3: Design Plans <br />Deliverable: <br />Date Due: <br />Task 4: <br />Deliverable: <br />Date Due: <br />The Recipient will prepare a detailed set of design plans for construction of an I -beam <br />flood wall that will meet or exceed FEMA accreditation requirements. <br />Cost: $875,000 <br />State contribution: $875,000 <br />(Two copies) Design Plans, signed and sealed by an engineer licensed in the State of <br />Washington and meeting FEMA accreditation requirements.- <br />June 30, 2014 <br />Project Permits <br />The Recipient will acquire all permits and approvals necessary for project completion <br />in a timely manner and in accordance with the schedule below. This task includes <br />obtaining required federal, state, and local project permits and approvals, as well as <br />preparation of all necessary technical studies, engineering studies, and habitat <br />assessments.
