The purpose of this Agreement is to repair <br />the Desimone levee so that it meets federal levee safety standards. This Agreement <br />does not create a separate joint board or other legal or administrative entity. The <br />parties shall hold and dispose of property as set forth in this Agreement. The parties <br />are each responsible for their own finances in connection with this Agreement, and <br />nothing in this Agreement shall be deemed or construed otherwise.
