14.0 Entirety and Modifications <br />14.1 This Agreement merges and supersedes all prior negotiations, representations and agreements <br />between the parties relating to the subject matter hereof and constitutes the entire agreement between the <br />parties. <br />14.2 This Agreement may be modified or extended only by written instrument signed by all the <br />parties hereto. <br />15.0 Counterparts <br />The signature pages of this Agreement may be executed in any number of counterparts, each of which <br />shall be an original.
