Marginal Way S. <br /> CASE 11 -0945 <br /> DESCRIPTION OF OCCURRENCE: <br /> At 11:20 A.M., Tukwila Police Officers were dispatched to a report of a residential burglary in progress. When <br /> officers arrived, they ordered the suspects to surrender. The suspects failed to stop and fled In a car. The <br /> driver drove the car into an officer knocking him down. Shots were fired but the suspects fled southbound on <br /> E. Marginal Way S. The suspect vehicle was stopped about 1 /4 mile away in the 12200 block. The driver of the <br /> fleeing car was taken Into custody and treated for gunshot injuries. He was taken by Medic One to Harborview <br /> MC. The other suspect fled on foot Into the Industrial complex west of where the vehicle was stopped. At 3:00 <br /> P.M., the second suspect was found hiding in an air conditioning unit outside of a building about 300 yards <br /> west of where the car stopped.
