BAR Public Hearing Minutes <br />November 14, 2013 <br />The public hearing was closed. <br /> <br />MOTION: <br /> <br />Commissioner Mann <br /> made a motion to approve Case Number L13-013 with staff’s recommendations and <br />conditions. With art approval being done prior to the issuance of the occupancy permit and approved before it <br />is put in production by the Art Commission. <br /> <br />Commissioner MannCommissioner <br /> made a correction to the case number for approval which is L13-017. <br />Strander <br /> seconded the motion with the correction.
