BAR Public Hearing Minutes <br />March 27, 2014 <br />The BAR deliberated. <br />The Commission expressed their thanks to the applicant and staff and was in consensus that it was a great <br />project. <br />Commissioner Alford made a motion to approve Case Number L13 -0044 Design Review with staff's <br />finding, recommendations and conditions as listed. <br />Commissioner Mann amended the motion to approve Case Number L13 -0044 Design Review with <br />staff's, finding, and recommendations with the five revised conditions per Attachment H, dated March 25, <br />2014. Commissioner Maestas seconded the motion. All were in favor. <br />Director's Report: <br />• Nora Gierloff informed the Commissioners there will not be a worksession in April. <br />• It was Commissioner Hunter's last day on the Planning Commission Board.
