BAR Public Hearing Minutes <br />April 24, 2014 <br />MOTIONS: <br />Commissioner Hansen <br />made a motion to approve condition number 2 as amended. Commissioner <br />McLeod seconded the motion. All were in favor. <br />Commissioner Alford <br />made a motion to approvecondition number 7 asamended to ensure a more <br />robust planting. Commissioner Hansen seconded the motion.
