Permits or related documentation that <br />presumes to grant this authority are therefore not valid. <br />7: Any change in the scope of work described by the electrical work permit shall require additional work permits. Where <br />approved plans have been issued, revisions to the plans and additional review may be required. <br />I hereby certify that I have read these conditions and will comply with them as outlined.
