Boundaries (Issues and Options Report, Pp. 27 to 31) <br /> One boundary change pertaining to Duwamish Hill Preserve is recommended: <br /> remove the Duwamish Hill Preserve from the MIC; <br /> rezone the area from Manufacturing Industrial Center /Light (MIC /L) to <br /> Low Density Residential (LDR), as is the case for other parks; and <br /> add a Public Recreation Overlay in recognition of its park use. <br /> (Map, Attachment H) <br /> Planned Action Document (Issues and Options Report, pp. 32 to 33): <br /> Staff recommends review of the Planned Action document <br /> NEXT STEPS <br /> The Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on April 28, 2011 to take <br /> comments. Following the hearing and discussion on April 28, the Planning Commission <br /> will be asked to provide direction to staff: 1) if it would like to hold a work session on <br /> May 13, 2011 for additional discussion; and 2) what, if any, additional information will <br /> be needed to assist in making a decision/ recommendation. <br /> On May 26, 2011, the Planning Commission will finalize its recommendation on <br /> possible changes to policies, code and boundaries.
