Mullet, Mayor <br />Steve Lancaster, Director <br />Permit Number: D06 -323 <br />Status: ISSUED <br />Applied Date: 08/18/2006 <br />Issue Date: 09/25/2006 <br />2: No changes shall be made to the approved plans unless approved by the design professional in responsible charge and the <br />Building Official. <br />3: All mechanical work shall be inspected and approved under a separate permit issued by the City of Tukwila Permit Center <br />(206/431- 3670). <br />4: All permits, inspection records, and approved plans shall be at the job site and available to the inspectors prior to <br />start of any construction. These documents shall be maintained and made available until final inspection approval is <br />granted. <br />5: Installation of high- strength bolts shall be periodically inspected in accordance with AISC specifications. <br />6: When special inspection is required, either the owner or the registered design professional in responsible charge, <br />shall employ a special inspection agency and notify the Building Official of the appointment prior to the first <br />building inspection. The special inspector shall furnish inspection reports to the Building Official in a timely manner. <br />7: A final report documenting required special Inspections and correction of any discrepancies noted in the inspections <br />shall be submitted to the Building Official. The final inspection report shall be prepared by the approved special <br />inspection agency and shall be submitted to the Building Official prior to and as a condition of final inspection <br />approval. <br />8: New suspended ceiling grid and light fixture installations shall meet the non - building structures seismic design <br />requirements of ASCE 7. <br />9: Insulating materials, where exposed as installed in buildings of any type of construction, shall have a flame spread <br />index of not more than 25 and a smoke development index of not more than 450. Where facings are installed in concealed <br />spaces in buildings of Type III, IV, or V construction, the flame spread and smoke - developed limitations do not apply <br />to facings, that are installed behind and In substantial contact with the unexposed surface of the ceiling, wall or <br />floor finish. <br />10: All construction shall be done in conformance with the approved plans and the requirements of the International <br />Building Code or International Residential Code, International Mechanical Code, Washington State Energy Code. <br />11: Special inspection for sprayed fire - resistant materials applied to structural elements and decks is required. Special <br />inspections shall be based on the fire- resistance design as designated in the approved construction documents. <br />12: All electrical work shall be inspected and approved under a separate permit issued by the Washington State Department <br />of Labor and Industries (206/248- 6630). <br />13: VALIDITY OF PERMIT: The issuance or granting of a permit shall not be construed to be a permit for, or an approval of, <br />any violation of any of the provisions of the building code or of any other ordinances of the City of Tukwila. Permits <br />presuming to give authority to violate or cancel the provisions of the code or other ordinances of the City of Tukwila <br />shall not be valid.
