Mr. Hulsmann thanked staff for <br />their work on the project and for ensuring that the site meets the codes. He also discussed the uniqueness <br />of the property, and what he called a very active home owners and codes, covenants and restrictions. He <br />said that the applicant agrees with all of staffs recommendations and conditions.
