By design, TIB provides mobility for longer trips through the district and <br />the capacity for more vehicles. By contrast, community members have expressed their desire <br />that the Boulevard should connect the residents and businesses to foster a healthy, sustainable, <br />and desirable neighborhood. The community has asked for lower posted speeds, on- street <br />parking, and additional traffic signals to assist with crossing the street. <br />Figure 2.
