15-007(a) <br />Council Approval N/A <br />STATE OF WASHINGTON <br />WASHINGTON STATE HISTORICAL SOCIETY <br />HCP 15 -04 <br />AMENDMENT No. 1 <br />WHEREAS, the WASHINGTON STATE HISTORICAL SOCIETY, 1911 Pacific Avenue, Tacoma, WA <br />98402 (AGENCY) and the City of Tukwila, 6200 Southcenter Blvd., Tukwila, WA 98188 (GRANTEE), <br />desire to amend HERITAGE CAPITAL PROJECT CONTRACT HCP 15 -04, CONTRACT) to provide <br />for an extension of the expiration date of the grant from June 30, 2015 to June 30, 2017, the CONTRACT <br />is hereby amended as follows: <br />"The parties hereto agree and understand that any state funds not expended by the end of the <br />biennium, June 30, 2015, will lapse on that date" is deleted and replaced in its entirety to read as <br />follows: <br />"The parties hereto agree and understand that any state funds not expended by the end of the <br />biennium, June 30, 2017, will lapse on that date." <br />The effective date of this Amendment is the last date of execution.
