11. ENTIRE CONTRACT <br />This Contract and all attachments contain all the terms and conditions agreed upon by the parties. <br />No other understandings, oral or otherwise, regarding the subject matter of this contract and <br />attachments shall be deerned to exist or to bind any ofthe parties. <br />12.
