Manufacturing and industrial uses that have little potential for creating off -site noise, smoke, dust, vibration or other external <br />environmental impacts of pollution, including but not limited to, manufacturing, processing, assembling, packaging and /or repairing of: <br />a. Food, including, but not limited to, baked goods, beverages (including fermenting and distilling), candy, canned or <br />preserved foods, dairy products and byproducts, frozen foods, instant foods and meats (provided that no slaughtering is permitted); <br />b.
