R. <br /> C l ty of u wi a <br /> NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br /> Notice is hereby given that the City of Tukwila City Council will hold a public hearing on <br /> June 13, 2011 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers located at 6200 Southcenter Blvd., Tukwila, WA, to <br /> discuss the following: <br /> RECOMMENDED COMPREHENSIVE PLAN AND ZONING <br /> TEXT AMENDMENTS <br /> FILE NUMBER: L 10 -015 <br /> APPLICANT: City of Tukwila <br /> REQUEST: Approve Tukwila Planning Commission recommendations for Comprehensive Plan and <br /> zoning text changes for the Manufacturing/Industrial Center (MIC) <br /> LOCATION: Manufacturing /Industrial Center in the general vicinity of E. Marginal Way <br /> South/Duwamish River between S. 126 on the south and S. 82 on the north. <br /> Persons wishing to comment on the above cases may do so by written statement or by appearing <br /> at the public hearing. Information on the above may be obtained at the Tukwila Planning Division at 206- <br /> 431 -3670. The City encourages you to notify your neighbors and other persons you believe would have <br /> an interest in this topic. The purpose of this meeting is to provide public comments to the Tukwila City <br /> Council to assist them in deciding whether to approve, deny or revise recommendations from the Tukwila <br /> Planning Commission regarding changes to the Comprehensive Plan and zoning code text pertaining to <br /> the Manufacturing Industrial Center. <br /> All interested persons are invited to be present to voice approval, disapproval, or opinions on this <br /> issue. For those unable to attend in person, you may submit written testimony to the City Clerk's office <br /> until 5:00 p.m. on the day of the meeting. <br /> Tukwila City Hall is wheelchair accessible.
