TUKWILA ARTS COMMISSION <br />PARKS MINUTES <br />August 9, 2016 3:00 p.m. Tukwila Community Center <br />Call to Order: Chairperson Brian Kennedy called the meeting to order at 3:02 p.m. <br />Attendance: Commissioners - Brian Kennedy, Sheila Coppola, Steve Mullet, Cynthia Chesak, Trish Gilmore, <br />Daniel Humkey <br />Staff - Dave Johnson <br />Approval of Minutes: Steve Mullet moved to approve the minutes of July 12, 2016 meeting. Cynthia Chesak <br />seconded the motion. Motion passed unanimously. <br />Committee Reports <br />A. Rainier Symphony — no report <br />B. Backyard Wildlife Art Show — Committee provided a numbe <br />will be ongoing. Staff suggested that the committee work <br />for a number of years and would be able to provide good in <br />C. Arts Promotion in Community — Committee provided a num <br />community, including Social Media and a website. Staff sug <br />suggestions for the Art Show.
