City of Tukwila <br /> NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br /> NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to RCW 90.58.080 that the Tukwila City Council will <br /> hold a public hearing on Monday, June 27, 2011 beginning at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers at <br /> Tukwila City Hall, 6200 Southcenter Blvd., Tukwila, WA to consider the following:: <br /> CASE NUMBER: L06 -088 CITY OF TUKWILA SHORELINE MASTER PROGRAM UPDATE <br /> E08 -013 ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW <br /> FILE NUMBER: L 10 -015 <br /> APPLICANT: City of Tukwila <br /> REQUEST: Approve Tukwila Planning Commission recommendations for Comprehensive Plan and <br /> zoning text changes for the Manufacturing /Industrial Center (MIC) <br /> LOCATION: Manufacturing /Industrial Center in the general vicinity of E. Marginal Way <br /> South/Duwamish River between S. 126 on the south and S. 82 on the north. <br /> REQUEST: Amend ordinances adopting the 2009 update of the City's Shoreline Master Program and <br /> implementing regulations to address corrections required by the Washington State Department of Ecology. <br /> Goals, Policies and Regulations are being modified for areas and properties within and along the <br /> Green/Duwamish River in the City of Tukwila. <br /> LOCATION: Property within 200 feet of the Green/Duwamish River. All river and trail users and <br /> property owners within 200 feet of the City shoreline and potential fiiture shoreline will be affected. <br /> APPLICANT: City of Tukwila <br /> All interested persons are invited to be present to voice approval, disapproval, or opinions on this <br /> issue. For those unable to attend in person, you may submit written testimony to the City Clerk's office <br /> until 5:00 p.m. on the day of the public hearing. Information on this issue may be obtained at the <br /> Department of Community Development, Planning Division, at 206- 431 -3670.
