Surrounding land uses are generally retail in nature. The Macy's warehouse, a light industrial use, is located directly to the north of Wig Blvd. Parkway Supercenter is located to the south and various smaller retail complexes are located on the east side of Southcenter Parkway. Sian Code Reaulations Title 19 of the TMC allows for two types of permanent signs', building mounted and freestanding.
