PC Hearing Minutes <br /> April 28, 2011 <br /> There were no further comments. <br /> The public hearing was closed. <br /> The Planning Commission deliberated. <br /> Staff provided some clarification and answered some additional questions for the PC. <br /> COMMISSIONER ALFORD MADE A MOTION TO ACCEPT STAFFS RECOMMENDATIONS AS <br /> LISTED IN THE ISSUES AND OPPORTUNITIES REPORT, INCLUDING TEXT AND MAPS ON <br /> CASE NUMBER PL10 -016 AND TO FORWARD THEM TO THE CITY COUNCIL FOR THEIR <br /> REVIEW. COMMISSIONER HANSEN SECONDED THE MOTION.
