2. Services Provided. Beginning January l'20l�4, the County will provide the City <br />with Animal Services described in Exhibit A. Enhanced Control Services. The City may request Enhanced Control <br />Services by completing and submitting Exhibit to the County. Enhanced <br />Services will be provided subject w the terms and conditions described i" <br />Exhibit E' including but not limited mu determination by the County that it <br />has the capacity to provide such services. <br />3._City Obligations. <br />a. Animal RegulatoLy Codes Adopted.
