County. Particularly in the busier seasons of the year (spring through fall), <br />lower priority calls may only receive o telephone response from the Call <br />Center. Lower Priority calls are non-emergent requests for service, including <br />but not limited to: <br />z. Non-emergent high priority events, <br />2. Patrol request —(ACO requested m patrol a specific area due m <br />possible code `iWvdvon)' <br />3, Trespass, <br />«. Stray DoA/Cat/odher animal confined, <br />5. Barking Dog, <br />6. Leash Law Violation, <br />7. Deceased Animal, <br />8. Trap Request, <br />9. Female animal in season, and <br />l0. Owner's D"g/Cot/other animal confined. <br />The Joint-City County Coll abusa tiuu_ Committee ie tasked with reviewing <br />response protocols and recommending potential changes to further the goal <br />^l supporting the most appropriate use o( scarce Control Service resources <br />countywide. The County will in good faith consider such recommendations <br />but reserves the right t^ make final decisions on response protocols. The <br />County will make no changes to its procedures that are inconsistent with the <br />terms o( this Exhibit A' except that upon the recommendation of the Joint <br />City-County �'��boz��m_Cvmmb/,� the County may qgoct"modify <br />,eapono,with respect to calls involving animals other than horses, livestock, <br />dogs and cats. <br />lo addition /o the u[Op serving specific districts, the following Control <br />Service resources will b, available nn^ shared basis for all Parties and shall <br />b, dispatched uy deemed necessary and appropriate by the County. <br />x. An animal control sergeant will provide oversight of and back- <br />up for ACOs five days per week at least 8 hours/day (subject to <br />vacation/sick lea ,,/t,au^ing/o/c.). <br />z. Staff will be available to perform animal cruelty investigations, <br />t^ respond tn animal cruelty cases, and to prepare related <br />reports (subject t" vacation/sick leuv,/vaioio#/c,cl <br />3.
