One addenda was issued. Five bids <br /> were received on January 24, 2017 and the lowest bid came from Marshbank Construction, Inc. <br /> ANALYSIS <br /> The construction bids were reviewed and only one minor error was found on Marshbank <br /> Construction's bid. Correction of the bidding error did not change the contractor bidding order or <br /> the recommendation to award the project. The Transportation Improvement Board (TIB), a <br /> funding partner, has reviewed the bid tabulations and given Tukwila authorization to proceed <br /> with the bid award.
