Water migrates between the bridge deck and asphalt pavement seat to stain and <br />discolor tunnel wall. <br />Nature of Request: Install a joint seal between the bridge deck and asphalt pavement seat <br />including: 3 -inch deep by 1 -inch wide sawcut, install backer rods (Cera -Rod), and cover with joint <br />seal. Traffic control will be provided by the City of Tukwila. <br />Location: Southcenter Parkway /Klickitat Drive.
