Tukwila Works Report <br />Staff presented a report on the third quarter of Tukwila Works implementation. Tukwila Works is <br />the name for the City's interface with SeeClickFix, a web and app portal for reporting issues. <br />There were 548 issues reported as of March 17, 2017, with 59 acknowledged, 33 closed, and 435 <br />archived. The report also included information on users, neighborhoods, issues, methods, and <br />lessons learned. Staff intends to further promote the use of Tukwila Works with a social media <br />campaign, multi - language flyering, and video presentations. INFORMATION ONLY. <br />D. Southcenter Subarea Plan Implementation Update <br />Staff updated the Committee on actions taken to date on implementation of the Southcenter <br />Subarea Plan adopted in 2014. Several actions in the areas of public space and amenities, <br />street /circulation facilities, and bicycle /pedestrian improvements are completed or are <br />underway. Staff intends to return to Committee with a proposal regarding renewing the <br />multifamily property tax exemption program through 2017. Alliance Residential Company is <br />interested in constructing Class A market rate apartments at Andover Park East and Baker <br />Boulevard and have asked that the MFTE program be extended to increase the feasibility of their <br />project.
