Applications were submitted in both the PSRC Regional & Countyvvide <br /> ounnpeUUve processes as well oa the federal FaotLana competitive process. Grants were awarded for <br /> the Gtrandar Extension Phase 3 Project in the amount of $5'148.800 from the PGRC Countywide <br /> pouoaaa and $5,000,000 from FaetLane fora total of $10'146.800. The federal funds awarded through <br /> the PSRC process require a 13.5% local nnotoh while the funds awarded through the FaaiLane process <br /> require an OV8[@!| local nl8tCh Of20Y6 for eligible project costs. <br /> DISCUSSION <br /> City policy requires that the Council formally accept grant awards.
