Three addenda were issued clarifying the bid documents. <br /> Seven bids were publicly opened Ek10:OU@00O April 11' 2017. The lowest bid was received from Active Construction, Inc. <br /> DISCUSSION <br /> The construction bids were reviewed and only minor irregularities were found.
