Page 3 <br />Public Hearing Minutes <br />March 2, 2017 <br />Commissioner Nguyen expressed concern regarding impact to the traffic at 52' Ave Street during <br />construction. The applicant and Commissioner Mann responded to his concerns. <br />Commissioner Maestas asked staff to comment on a public comment letter received from Karen Walter <br />pertaining to the sensitive area buffer reduction request. <br />The public hearing was closed. <br />Motion: <br />Commissioner Mann moved to approve Case Number L16 -0064, Design <br />conclusions contained in the staff report, including the one condition recomr <br />Hansen seconded the motion.
