City of Tukwila <br />Planning Commission <br />BOARD OF ARCHITECTUAL REVIEW(BAR) <br />MINUTES <br />Date: March 2, 2017 <br />Time: 6:30 PM <br />Location: Council Chambers <br />Present: Chair, Miguel Maestas; Vice Chair, Nhan Nguyen; Commissi <br />Hansen, Louise Strander, Dennis Martinez and Brooke Alforc <br />Staff: Minnie Dhaliwal, Planning Supervisor; Lindsay Brown, Assill <br />Bivens, Planning Commission Secretary <br />Commissioner Mann, the 2016 Planning Commission Chair passed on the dl <br />Commissioner Maestas, for 2017. Commissioner Nguyen will take over the rc <br />Chair Maestas called the public hearing to order. <br />Miscellaneous Agenda Item: <br />Mia Navarro, Community Engagement Manger, <br />information on her roles with the City: She will be <br />with liaisons that provide ethnic groups in the com <br />from the groups back to the City; she is a liaison b <br />working on in this role, is developing a.) ob share r <br />click, fix application that allows residents to report <br />example the Public Safety Plan event being held c <br />Commission a flyer. Five were in favor. Commissioner Mann <br />made the original motion to adopt the October 27, 2016 minutes but was not present at the <br />meeting and had to abstain her motion. Commissioner Maestas abstained from approval the <br />minutes due to his absence at the October 27, 2017 meeting. <br />Commissioner Mann made a motion to adopt the November 10, 2016 minutes. <br />Commissioner Strander made a motion to seconded the motion.
