Five were in favor. Commissioner Mann <br />made the original motion to adopt the October 27, 2016 minutes but was not present at the <br />meeting and had to abstain her motion. Commissioner Maestas abstained from approval the <br />minutes due to his absence at the October 27, 2017 meeting. <br />Commissioner Mann made a motion to adopt the November 10, 2016 minutes. <br />Commissioner Strander made a motion to seconded the motion.
