(KPG) to provide construction <br />management services for the 2017 Overlay and Repair Program. <br />BACKGROUND <br />On September 6, 2016 the Council approved the contract with KPG to provide engineering design <br />services for the project. KPG was selected to also provide construction management services as a <br />supplement to the design contract. <br />DISCUSSION <br />KPG has provided a supplement, scope of work, and fee estimate for construction management <br />services for the 2017 Overlay and Repair Program for $159,233.76.
