PC Hearing Minutes <br />April 28, 2011 <br />There were no further comments. <br />The public hearing was closed. <br />The Planning Commission deliberated. <br />Staff provided some clarification and answered some additional questions for the PC. <br />COMMISSIONER ALFORD MADE A MOTION TO ACCEPT STAFFS RECOMMENDATIONS AS <br />LISTED IN THE ISSUES AND OPPORTUNITIES REPORT, INCLUDING TEXT AND MAPS ON <br />CASE NUMBER PL10 -016 AND TO FORWARD THEM TO THE CITY COUNCIL FOR THEIR <br />REVIEW. COMMISSIONER HANSEN SECONDED THE MOTION.
